Direct to Garment Printing

Direct to garment (DTG) printing is a cutting-edge method for producing detailed, high-quality prints directly on fabric. It starts with a digital image printed onto a pre-treated garment using water-based, eco-friendly inks.

The printer’s head applies ink precisely to recreate the design. After printing, the garment is cured with heat to set the ink, ensuring durability and vibrant colours.

DTG printing is perfect for small to medium runs, customized designs, and full-color images, offering quick turnaround and excellent detail for custom apparel and promotional items.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a traditional and versatile method for producing high-quality prints on fabric.

It involves creating a stencil (or screen) for each colour in the design. Ink is then pushed through the screens onto the garment, layer by layer. This method is ideal for large runs and designs with few colours.

Each layer of ink is cured with heat to ensure durability and vibrant colours. Screen printing is perfect for bulk orders, promotional items, and simple, bold designs, offering excellent colour opacity and long-lasting prints.

Embroidery / Supaflex / Supaetch

Embroidery is high-density decorative stitching on fabric, evolved from handwork to high-speed, computerized multi-head machines.

Supaflex involves printing highly detailed logos onto vinyl with either a matte or gloss finish, attached with embroidery for a quality, unique result. Available in two options – Edge-to-edge logo or Floating logo.

Supaetch is a laser-etched suede patch sewn directly onto various products such as bags, blankets, caps, beanies, and scarves.

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing transfers designs onto fabric using heat and pressure, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting prints. This method offers full-colour, detailed prints that won’t fade or crack, maintaining a soft, breathable feel.

Ideal for polyester fabrics, sublimation printing is perfect for custom apparel, sportswear, and promotional items. It’s an excellent choice for creating high-quality, customised clothing.

Power Print

Supacolour is an innovative method of branding a wide range of products with crisp, vibrant, full-colour graphics. This technique offers unlimited colours and high vibrancy, ultra-high detail for fine text and perfect colour gradients, and allows for free-floating text without the need for weeding, making it cost-effective.

Supacolour provides ultra-high resolution, achieving photo-quality reproduction, and is highly stretchable and versatile across different fabrics and surfaces, including seams and coarse materials. With durability exceeding 100 washes, it won’t peel, crack, or fade.

Using eco-friendly inks and no vinyl, it saves time and money with a simple, cost-effective pricing structure.
